Training with Blum Healthcare

Why Train with Us?

Health and social care qualifications and workshops The nature of health and social care work means that it is heavily regulated for the protection of both staff and customers. We need to make sure our staff have the right formal care qualifications and knowledge to be able to work safely and comply with legislation. It is also important to us that they feel well-equipped, supported and confident in what they are being asked to do.

All applicants/students are given a thorough pre-work skills assessment to determine their knowledge base. We then put them on the right courses, including enrolment on the Care Certificate and subsidised care qualifications like the QCF level 2 & 3 and NCFE level 2.
The great thing about health and social care training is that it covers such a wide variety of topics, it is never boring. There are also different ways to learn and study, like online education, on-the-job training and bespoke workshops.
